Nevertheless, we strive to provide an accurate representation of our products on our website. Whenever applicable, our product photos showcase variations in color, texture, and size. In most cases, the image you see on our website corresponds closely to the handmade product you will receive. We make every effort to offer our customers a comprehensive visual representation of our products through detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and occasionally, video demonstrations.

Return Policy 

At CJs Needle Works, we take great pride in creating handmade products with love and care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for handmade products, personalized items, digital downloads, and intimate items.

 

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  Contact us within:   3 days of delivery

  Ship items back within:   7 days of delivery

 

  We don’t accept cancellations if the item is personalized with a name.   However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

 

  1. Items that Cannot be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the unique nature of certain items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

– Custom or personalized orders

– Digital downloads

– Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within seven days of receiving your order. We are pleased to offer the following options:

– Exchange: We will happily exchange your returned item for another product of your choice, subject to availability.

–   Condition:   All returned items must be in unworn, resalable condition, with all original tags still attached and in the original packaging.

–   Postmark Deadline:   All returns must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your purchase.

Payment in full is required before the item can be shipped. Products will not be shipped until payment is received and confirmed. Please ensure that the total payment is made prior to the shipping date to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

The delivery time for products from our shop depends on their availability:

1.   In-Stock Items:   Products that are currently in stock in our shop will be shipped via USPS, and you can expect to receive them within approximately four days.

2.   Handmade to Order Items:   If the product is handmade to order, please allow for a longer processing time. It may take up to four weeks to create and ship these personalized items, ensuring you receive a unique and carefully crafted product.

In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged items in your package, please take the following steps:

1.   Contact CJs Needle Works:   If you notice any damage to the package or find damaged items upon opening it, please contact us immediately at (832) 463-1602.

2.   Discuss Options:   When you call, our customer service team will work with you to explore your options, which may include a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, depending on your preference and item availability.

3.   Preserve Original Packaging:   We kindly request that you retain the original packaging materials. This will help facilitate the return process.

4.   No Return Charges:   Rest assured, you will not incur any charges for returning a damaged item.

5.   Replacement Shipment:   If a replacement is available, we will arrange for it to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we’re here to assist you in resolving any issues with damaged items promptly and efficiently.

Certainly! At CJs Needle Works, we offer the flexibility for you to tailor your order to your preferences, allowing it to reflect your unique style. To initiate the customization or personalization process, we engage in consultations with our customers. Once both the shop and the customer agree on the details, we proceed with a formal agreement.

In order to kickstart the creation of your customized item, we do request a non-refundable 50% down payment. The remaining 50% will be billed upon completion of your item, ensuring that it meets your specifications and expectations.
